Community Rules

Primavite is built for people, creators, communities, conversations, video, and music. These rules keep those spaces useful and safe.

Effective: 1 September 2026

1. Treat people like people

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, dehumanize, or encourage others to target someone. Disagreement is allowed; coordinated abuse and unwanted repeated contact are not.

2. No hateful or extremist abuse

Do not attack people based on protected characteristics, promote violent extremist organizations, praise mass violence, or use Primavite to recruit for hateful or violent movements.

3. Keep people safe

Do not post credible threats, instructions intended to cause serious harm, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or content that encourages self-harm. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

4. Protect privacy

Do not publish private addresses, passwords, identity documents, financial details, live locations, private conversations, or other sensitive personal data without permission. Never attempt to expose or identify an anonymous user.

5. Do not exploit minors

Any sexualized content involving minors, grooming, coercion, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor are prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Be authentic

Do not impersonate another person or organization in a misleading way, operate deceptive engagement schemes, manipulate metrics, coordinate spam, or use automation to overwhelm Primavite.

7. Respect ownership

Upload only content and music you created, licensed, or are otherwise allowed to share. Credit does not replace permission. Do not distribute pirated media or deliberately bypass another creator’s rights.

8. No malicious activity

Do not probe accounts, evade restrictions, distribute malware, abuse uploads, steal credentials, disrupt service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to Primavite or another user’s data.

9. Use communities honestly

Follow the topic and any additional rules of each community. Community creators may organize their spaces, but their rules cannot override these platform-wide rules.

10. Reporting and enforcement

Use the report controls for content that may break these rules. Depending on severity and history, Primavite may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or permanently ban an account. Administrators may correct content or profile details when needed for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Reports must be honest.

Knowingly filing false or coordinated reports to punish someone may itself lead to enforcement.

11. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was incorrect, contact @primavite_admin privately with the affected account and a short explanation. Do not repost removed material while an appeal is reviewed.
